Reeve MCN(“we”, “us”) operates this internal analytics dashboard. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

1. Who this applies to

This dashboard is used internally by our team and by creators we manage. We do not offer a public-facing product. If you reached this page from Meta's app-review tools, you are reviewing the dashboard our team uses to track social-media performance for accounts we own or manage.

2. What we collect

  • Account information — email address you sign in with; your role (admin, manager, or creator); the creator or client you are scoped to.
  • Social media data — for accounts you (or accounts our managed creators) have explicitly connected via OAuth or that we publicly scrape: follower counts, post engagement metrics, post URLs, captions, thumbnails, and timestamps.
  • Affiliate sale records— when an external tool sends us a sale, we store the order ID, product, amount, commission, and (optionally) the buyer's country and email.
  • Operational logs — error reports (no PII) and scrape run history so we can debug and audit.

3. What we don't collect

  • We do not collect, sell, or share personal data of social-media followers.
  • We do not track buyers across the web; we only store sale records the affiliate tool sends.
  • We do not run advertising or third-party trackers in this dashboard.

4. How we use it

  • To show creators and managers performance dashboards for the accounts they own.
  • To compute aggregate metrics (top creators by reach, revenue per creator).
  • To trigger internal alerts (e.g. follower drops, viral posts).

5. Meta Platform data

Where you connect an Instagram or Facebook account, we request only the minimum scopes needed to read insights for that account (instagram_basic, instagram_manage_insights,pages_read_engagement, pages_show_list). We cache the resulting metrics and refresh them on a schedule. We do not post on your behalf. You can disconnect any account from Settings → Connections; doing so revokes our token and stops new data ingest.

6. How long we keep data

We keep metrics for as long as the creator relationship continues. Disconnecting an account stops new data; existing snapshots remain for historical reporting unless you request deletion (see below).

7. Sharing

We do not sell data. Data is hosted on Supabase (Postgres) and served through Vercel. Both providers are bound by their own data-processing agreements. We do not share data with third parties for marketing.

8. Your rights

You may at any time request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing reeveyew@gmail.com or using the data deletion page.
